Use this form if you have a TPMS account and want it permanently removed. After you submit, your workspace administrator will review the request within 14 days and approve or reject it.
What we delete: your name, email, login credentials, phone number, and other personally identifying account fields. What we keep: field reports you previously submitted on site — they are records of work performed for the operator and have to be retained under the operator's recordkeeping requirements. Your name on those historical reports will be replaced with "Deleted User".
